How can I claim?

Call Freephone 0800 6226710. You can make a claim 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Have your plan number to hand; it will be with the confirmation paperwork you have received from us

Please explain the nature of the problem to our dedicated claims handler - Remember we are here to help!

There are no forms to complete and no excess to pay.

Before you call, please ensure that your claim is covered in accordance the Terms & Conditions. These can be found in with your confirmation paperwork.

Are you an insurance company?

No. Homeguard Direct are here to provide you with immediate, hands-on help when things go wrong. When purchasing an insurance policy, you are not only paying the insurer but the underwriter as well. Here at Homeguard Direct, we cut out the middle man and pass the saving on to our customers.

What if I move?

At Homeguard Direct we appreciate that moving home is never easy.

In most circumstances, you service plan can easily be transferred to your new home. Simply call us on Freephone 0800 6226710 to tell us when you are moving and where to. We will then send you the appropriate information in the post. You will have no forms to fill in.

Are you associated or affiliated with any other companies?

No. Homeguard Direct is proud to be an entirely independent service provider.

I am an existing customer - Am I entitled to a discount on your other plans?

Yes. If you are already an existing customer, Homeguard Direct will reduce the price of any subsequent plan you purchase.

How are Homeguard Direct plans payable?

If you would prefer to pay in full, you may do this by debit or credit card. If you would prefer to pay in installments, this can be done by Direct Debit or debit/credit card.

Will the price go up if I claim?

We never raise our prices for people who make claims or require repairs and there is no limit to the number of claims you can make.
